Story

How is Paris to be celebrated? For diptyque, only chypre, a legendary accord with a thousand facets, could pay worthy tribute to the city of a thousand faces. A bouquet of roses verging on excess follows fresh bergamot spiced with pink peppercorns. Pepped with patchouli, free from moss it stands for liberty. An Eiffel Tower, roses, rolling calligraphy, a peacock with tail fanned, volutes, lines intertwined...

To illustrate Eau Capitale, diptyque and Pierre Marie drew their inspiration from Parisian architecture and iconic Art Nouveau buildings.

The Fragrance Gestures draw their inspiration from the history of perfume, reinventing textures to offer a new approach to personal scenting. It is a way to make the invisible sensual, and the ethereal tangible. Each of the gestures - eau de toilette, perfume oil, body mist or body balm - has a specific concentrate designed to offer the best olfactory rendering depending on its formulation. Light and delicate, this hair mist leaves an undetectable yet intensely scented veil of fragrance on the hair. Enriched with nourishing camellia oil, it fortifies, beautifies, and perfumes the hair, bringing out the fresh bergamot from Eau Capitale bouquet of roses.
