You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, with authentic labels and in their original packaging.
Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
If you are located outside of Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, items such as fragrances, body care products, candles, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to transportation restrictions.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your returned parcel.

Refillable bottle

Our iconic fragrance bottles can be refilled at certain stores. Simply take your empty bottle to a participating Diptyque store to refill it.

Story

In the Eau de Parfum, another side of the fig is revealed. The fruit withdraws, as the white cedar lands to heighten the woody intensity of the tree and the smell of bark baking under the midday sun.

The memory of a Greek summer at Mount Pelion where, to get to the sea, there was a natural grove of wild sun-soaked fig trees to cross. Philosykos is an ode to the entire fig tree: the green freshness of the leaves, the milky flavour of the figs, the density of the wood.

“Philosykos” means “friend of the fig tree” in Greek. A tree whose leaves and a few branches brought back in a memory box was the source of inspiration.
