Returns policy

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, with authentic labels and in their original packaging.
Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
If you are located outside of Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, items such as fragrances, body care products, candles, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to transportation restrictions.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your returned parcel.

Recycling instructions

The aluminum container is recyclable and should be disposed of in the appropriate recycling bin. The rattan sticks should be disposed of in the trash. We encourage you to drop them off at dedicated recycling bins.

Directions for use

- Once the concentrate is finished, the diffuser can be refilled as often as you wish, using one of the scents in the range.
- The eight rattan diffusing sticks must be replaced with each new refill. (They are sold with the perfumed refill).
