Story

Ivy is a symbol of fidelity and attachment but ivy’s scent cannot be extracted. It must therefore be invented, given green notes, the roots of its trail extended... Eau de Lierre is a fresh and slightly aquatic accord, as herbaceous as green sap rising up a vine.

In Egypt and among the early Christians, ivy symbolised eternal life. Among the Greeks, its worship was dedicated to Dionysos, the god of joy and vitality. The Romans dedicated it to Bacchus and the glory of poets.
