You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, with authentic labels and in their original packaging.
Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
If you are located outside of Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, items such as fragrances, body care products, candles, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to transportation restrictions.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your returned parcel.

The hourglass diffuser is partially recyclable. The two end caps should be disposed of in a glass recycling bin, while the hourglass mechanism should be disposed of in the appropriate recycling bin.
