Returns policy

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, with authentic labels and in their original packaging.
Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
If you are located outside of Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, items such as fragrances, body care products, candles, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to transportation restrictions.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your returned parcel.

Either indoors with the "Un Air de Diptyque" diffuser or on the road with the car diffuser, they perfume the air with the velvety, slightly honeyed fragrance of these small, golden yellow flowers.

Refilling your products

The inserts can be used with the electric diffuser, the wall diffuser and the car diffuser.

Recycling instructions

The plastic inserts and cardboard boxes are recyclable. Please dispose of them in the appropriate recycling bins.

- Product keeps for 18 months in the airtight bag after opening.
- 40 hours of continuous life.
