You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, with authentic labels and in their original packaging.
Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
If you are located outside of Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, items such as fragrances, body care products, candles, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to transportation restrictions.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your returned parcel.

A rare and exceptional know-how renowned for its finesse, biscuit porcelain is one of the emblematic materials of Diptyque's decorative objects. The pieces are fired at a high temperature, without glaze, to preserve the porcelain's matte finish and velvety feel. A delicate and refined material, it is the result of the unique know-how in relief decoration of the Manufacture de Couleuvre. Thanks to manual casting, slight irregularities created by the artisan's hand are preserved, making each piece unique.
