You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, with authentic labels and in their original packaging.
Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
If you are located outside of Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, items such as fragrances, body care products, candles, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to transportation restrictions.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your returned parcel.

Story

Here, the ylang-ylang flower takes centre stage, as it does on the island of Moheli in the Comoros archipelago, where this star-shaped yellow flower flourishes alongside lushious vegetation. It has never been experienced this way: green, spicy, slightly woody, without languor or opulence.

Since 2013, along with the Givaudan Foundation, Diptyque has been supporting a ylang-ylang tree and firewood cooperative on the island of Moheli.
