• You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, with authentic labels and in their original packaging.
• Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
• If you are located outside of Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, items such as fragrances, body care products, candles, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to transportation restrictions.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your returned parcel.
