• Products which have been personalized cannot be returned.
• If you are located outside of Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands, items such as fragrances, body care products, candles, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to transportation restrictions.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your returned parcel.
